Ability Testing

If you pass the initial screening, we will ask you to complete verbal and numerical reasoning tests.  These tests are conducted online.  Full details will be sent to you at this time, along with a link to practice tests. 

Since the tests are unsupervised we trust you to sit them in accordance with instructions and be honest in your approach to them.  We will do random re-testing at assessment centre stage and anyone who is found to have a significantly different result from their online score will be automatically rejected from the recruitment process.

If you have any concerns at all about the tests you can either call us, or speak to your careers service who should be able to offer you advice or guidance.

We will again get back to you within 72 working hours to let you know whether or not you have passed the tests.

N.B. the tests used for applicants to the Technology/Benefits Administration Solutions practice are slightly different in nature and will relate to your administration skills as well as your numerical and verbal ability.  Further details will be provided at the time.
