The Technology/Benefits Administration Solutions practice welcomes applications from graduates of any degree discipline. They will consider people with 220 UCAS points* and above and a 2:2 degree or above so long as their applications demonstrate drive and suggest that they have the potential to develop man and project management skills. We are looking for people who have the acuracy and attention to detail to be first class administrators but who also have the interpersonal skills to fast track into leadership roles at an early stage. Pragmatism, a can-do attitude and a willingness to take a hands-on approach are all important characteristics for this high profile scheme.
