International Opportunities

As a global employer with over 90 offices across more than 30 countries, we can provide our associates with access to a variety of worldwide opportunities.

Secondments are a very real option. Everybody who you speak to will be able to give you examples of associates they know who have been given the chance to spend either long or short periods of time abroad, or even transfer to different offices, and these examples will be taken from every level within the company. All you need to do is express an interest and take advantage of the opportunities as they arise.

Equally, if you are less keen on travel, but want to get involved in work with a significant international focus, there will be a wealth of opportunities to do so as many of our clients are multinationals and we have to work closely with associates in other countries.

Essentially, if you have the skills we are looking for, we will do our very best to meet your career aspirations. That is one of the reasons why so many of our associates have been with us for such a long time.

Applying directly to international offices for trainee positions

We recognise that with globalisation, more and more people who are based in the UK currently wish to apply for positions abroad.

We try to support this as far as is possible and, if you would like to contact us (graduate.recruitment @watsonwyatt.com) we will do our best to put you in touch with your international office of choice.  Occasionally we will even advertise vacancies within our international offices through this website so it is a good idea to keep an eye on our 'Vacancies' page.
