Specifically, we work in the areas of reward and compensation consulting at all levels, especially at executive and board level, and produce salary and employer surveys to help influence the advice that we give through benchmarking. Through this we generate people and reward strategies to meet our clients' strategic needs, create the desired employee behaviour and help develop effective HR functions for our clients.
