Induction

Your first week

A robust induction is vital to ensure a good grounding in the breadth and depth of our capabilities as well to as give you the necessary skills to accelerate your career.

If you join us, you will first take part in a one-week off-site training session that will give you a chance to network with your fellow joiners and key people from the business.  You will learn from each of our practices and benefit from various soft-skills sessions.

There is also a strong focus on getting to know your new colleagues with social events most evenings and the launch of the project which will be one of your focuses for your first 3 months.
