Since the skills required by TAS and the career path on offer are quite different from those in other areas of the business, TAS operates its own induction and training programme.
In a similar manner, though, if you join us, your first few weeks will all be about teaching you about what we do and giving you the necessary skills to be a valuable team member from the start. This will include developing your man management skills in order to enable you to take on a supervisory role at the earliest possible stage.
Once you have been through your initial induction, you will then benefit from a tailored rotation programme that will give you exposure across a number of the teams in TAS.
