Training & Reward
As our internships mirror the graduate programme, if you join us you will attend an initial induction to give you an overview of the firm and some of the basic skills required for success in the practices. You will also take part in a six-week project that sits alongside your day to day work and draws interns together into cross-practice, cross-location teams.
Sitting alongside the more formal training, there is of course the on the job learning, which is arguably the most important from an internship perspective and, if you join us, you will be allocated a mentor who is responsible for ensuring that you receive a decent quality of work while you are with us.
All our internships are paid, with the salary level set a few weeks prior to the start of the internship, you can rest assured that it will be market competitive.
We also offer accommodation for people living more than an hour's commute from the office they are working in to enable everyone to apply to the office they would like to work in, rather than the one that is most convenient.
