Screening Interview

If you pass the application screening and ability tests we will ask you to attend a brief screening interview.  This interview will take place at our London offices and will be with a member of our HR team. 

During the interview we will ask you various 'competency based' questions.  Essentially we will be asking you to provide examples of times when you have demonstrated certain skills and abilities (e.g. we may ask you to, "describe a time when you have had to persuade someone round to your point of view").  It is a good idea to try and think about the kind of skills and abilities that you we are likely to value and try to come up with examples of times when you have demonstrated them.  Examples can be drawn from any environment (university, home, work experience etc) but obviously the more relevant you can make them to the environment within which we operate, the more impact they will have.

If you have never attended an interview before or want some help preparing, your careers service will no doubt have a range of courses and information to help you.

Once you have attended your interview, we will yet again get back in touch within 72 working hours to let you know whether or not we will be inviting you to the final stage of the process.
