Selection Process

Our selection process is designed to very much be a two-way experience.  We hope that it will enable you to make an informed and intelligent decision on a future with us, while enabling us to select the candidates who represent the best fit with our requirements.

There are 4 stages to our application process:

  • Application form (please note that we cannot accept CVs)
  • Ability testing
  • Screening interview
  • Assessment centre
