Summer scheme

We believe in informed decision making.  That is why we put so much energy into our internship programme.

Some of the best and happiest hires we have made in the past have come through the programme.  That’s because, if we have offered you a job after 6 weeks and you have accepted it, the chances are that we’re a pretty good match.

We want you to see exactly what you would be doing if you joined us as a graduate and our 6 week programme is designed with this in mind.

After a 2 day induction, you will join your chosen practice.  There you will be treated in exactly the same way as a new graduate joiner would be, receiving the same quality and quantity of work, as well as the same amount of support.

As well as getting involved in a number of live, practice-specific projects, you will also be asked to work in a team with four or five of your fellow interns on matters of more general, firm-wide, interest.

If you have impressed the people you have worked with during the 6 weeks, we will offer you the chance to join us as a graduate in the next year’s intake.  If we have impressed you during the 6 weeks, we hope that you will accept that offer.

Whatever happens, after 6 weeks with us you will have a far greater understanding of what it is we do and how closely our career offering matches your career ambitions.
