Training
In addition to the central training that Teachnology/Benefits Administration Solutions joiners receive, graduate joiners benefit from ongoing soft-skills and technical development.
Our individually tailored Management Training Scheme comprises a mix of formal study towards the APMI qualification and valuable on-the-job experience. The programme consists of a series of 6 to 12-month placements in a number of different areas of our Benefits Administration Solutions business. These are designed to give you an extensive grounding in the work that we do and the skills, knowledge and confidence to progress rapidly within this highly demanding environment. You’ll be supported through your moves by a senior manager, who will act as your sponsor for your entire period on the scheme, regardless of which area you are working in.
In addition, as on the company’s other graduate training schemes, you will be sponsored to take a professional qualification to enhance your technical skills. The qualification most relevant to BAS is the APMI qualification which involves sitting 9 exams. We will provide significant support in the form of study leave, mentoring and money towards study materials and exam fees. You can also expect regular development reviews to discuss your future expectations and identify training and development solutions that will help you to achieve your goals.
