In addition to the central training that Human Capital joiners receive, the Human Capital Group runs its own training courses to give you the practice specific knowledge and skills you require.
As a graduate, you'll be involved across our range of service disciplines. From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants, and as your experience develops, you’ll become well prepared for the responsibility of managing your own portfolio of clients.
In addition to local technical training, new graduates within HCG Europe will also undertake case study-based training and development programmes. These aim to develop a broad knowledge of the range of technical interventions undertaken by HCG and also establish a consistent level of knowledge across Europe.
As in other practices, if you join the Human Capital Group you will be encouraged to study towards a professional qualification to enhance your technical knowledge and help you develop your career. We also recognise the value a professional qualification can add, both to our clients and to your career so we sponsor trainees in the Human Capital Group to undergo the World at Work qualifications. Full financial and study support is provided for this.
